WHAT TYPE OF ANCHORS DO YOU USE?

For ground foundations we use Rebar Anchors and Mobile Home Anchors. For Asphalt foundations we use Rebar Anchors and Asphalt Arrow Anchors. For concrete foundations we use Concrete Expansion Anchors.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?

Our standard frame is made from 14-gauge (GA) galvanized square steel, which measures 2.5" x 2.5". This provides a robust and reliable framework for the building. For the roof and walls, we use 29-gauge (GA) corrugated sheet metal. This material offers excellent protection and longevity. 12GA Frame & 26GA Sheeting is available as an upgrade.
WHAT KIND OF INSULATION IS OFFERED?

We offer several types of insulation the common ones will be Double Bubble R-5 (Moisture Barrier) 2"Fiberglass Insulation R-7, and Prodex R-16.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CONSTRUCT A METAL BUILDING?

The construction time for a metal building depends on the size and complexity of the project. Generally, metal building can be erected faster than traditional buildings due to pre-engineered components and straightforward assembly processes. Small to medium-sized structures can often be completed in a few days.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED?

In order for the lead time to kickstart, we need pictures of your building site. Once we have those images and can see that your land is ready and level we can then proceed with the scheduling of the building. The lead time will vary per area.
HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

Once you're prepared to move forward, we finalize the contract and secure a small deposit, locking in your price.
WHAT WARRANTY DO THE BUILDINGS COME WITH?

Nationwide offers an automatic 90 Day Workmanship Warranty on all of our metal building structures. In addition, we provide a 10-year rust through warranty on our 14 Gauge Galvanized Steel Frame and a 20-year rust through warranty on our 12 Gauge Galvanized Steel Frame. These warranties reflect our commitment to providing high-quality, durable, and long-lasting metal building structures to our customers.
